Structure
Substructure and Superstructure Design and supervision by a team of reputed Structural Engineers. Structural design will be compliant with ACI, 1997 as well as BNBC, 1993 (Bangladesh National Building Code). Finite Elements Software package ETABS will be used for structural analysis. 3D modeling will be used to predict structural behavior for various load cases as analyzed in ETABS. Earthquake resistant design and analysis on Dynamic Method will be applied. To ensure quality, high strength steel and best available quality cement to be used, with regular testing by independent laboratory (BUET).
